Esta norma afecta a todos los drones independientemente de su uso o tama\u00f1o. En este apartado se recopila la normativa de aplicaci\u00f3n y preguntas frecuentes sobre esta. Puedes encontrar informaci\u00f3n m\u00e1s detallada sobre aspectos concretos en los diferentes apartados de la web dentro del \u201c\u00e1mbito drones\u201d.\u00a0<\/p><p>Normativa europea consolidada:<\/p><p>Reglamento de Ejecuci\u00f3n (UE) 2019\/947 consolidado que incluye los cambios del Reglamento de Ejecuci\u00f3n (UE) 2020\/639, Reglamento de Ejecuci\u00f3n (UE) 2020\/746, Reglamento de Ejecuci\u00f3n 2021\/1166 y Reglamento de Ejecuci\u00f3n (UE) 2022\/425. (enlace a la norma).<\/p><p>Reglamento Delegado (UE) 2019\/945 consolidado que incluye los cambios del Reglamento Delegado (UE) 2020\/1058. class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Actividades o servicios no EASA<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-d08088e sc_fly_static elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"d08088e\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>La normativa europea no es aplicable a las \u201cactividades o servicios no EASA\u201d por lo que los operadores que realicen este tipo de actividades deber\u00e1n cumplir con lo dispuesto en el Real Decreto 1036\/2017.<\/p><p>Las \u00abactividades o servicios no EASA\u00bb son aquellas excluidas del \u00e1mbito de aplicaci\u00f3n del Reglamento (UE) 2018\/ 1139 del Parlamento Europeo y del Consejo, art\u00edculo 2.3, letra a), llevadas a cabo por servicios militares, de aduanas, polic\u00eda, b\u00fasqueda y salvamento, lucha contra incendios, control fronterizo, vigilancia costera o similares, bajo el control y la responsabilidad de un Estado miembro, emprendidas en el inter\u00e9s general por un organismo investido de autoridad p\u00fablica o en nombre de este.<\/p><p>La informaci\u00f3n adicional para llevar a cabo este tipo de operaciones est\u00e1 disponible en el apartado \u201cOperadores UAS NO EASA\u201d.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-1ae213f sc_fly_static elementor-widget obligatorio<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-69973b8 sc_fly_static elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"69973b8\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Tras la modificaci\u00f3n de la Ley de Navegaci\u00f3n A\u00e9rea, y hasta la entrada en vigor del Real Decreto de UAS* que complete el r\u00e9gimen jur\u00eddico para la utilizaci\u00f3n civil de sistemas de aeronaves no tripuladas, ser\u00e1 necesario tener contratada una p\u00f3liza de seguro que cubra la responsabilidad civil frente a terceros por da\u00f1os que puedan surgir durante y por causa de la ejecuci\u00f3n de cada vuelo que se realice (tanto fines recreativos como profesionales) de acuerdo con los art\u00edculos 11 y 127 de la Ley de Navegaci\u00f3n A\u00e9rea:<\/p><ul><li>Los UAS con una MTOM igual o superior a 20Kg con fines profesionales deben ajustarse al Reglamento 785\/2004, y;<\/li><li>Los UAS profesionales con MTOM igual o inferior a 20Kg y aquellos con fines recreativos se deber\u00e1n ajustar a lo indicado en el Real Decreto 37\/2001, de 19 de enero, por el que se actualiza la cuant\u00eda de las indemnizaciones por da\u00f1os prevista en la Ley de Navegaci\u00f3n A\u00e9rea.<\/li><\/ul><p>El Reglamento 785\/2004 establece una cuant\u00eda m\u00ednima por da\u00f1os a terceros en tierra de 750.000 DEG -Derechos Especiales de Giro- (para drones de hasta 500kg) mientras que el Real Decreto 37\/2001 la cuant\u00eda m\u00ednima a cubrir es de 220.000 DEG.<\/p><p>Deber\u00e1 disponerse del seguro adecuado para cubrir cada vuelo realizado, no siendo necesaria la contrataci\u00f3n de una p\u00f3liza con car\u00e1cter permanente.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-fa5050a sc_fly_static elementor-widget elementor-widget-spacer\" data-id=\"fa5050a\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"spacer.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div
