Balloon insurance covers objective civil liability for Passengers (bodily and\/or material damage). This guarantee aims to repair the bodily or material damage suffered by Passengers not responsible for the Accident, excluding the members of the Crew.<\/p>

We can ensure the private or commercial use of the balloon, taking into account that some Companies require that in any case a\u00a0PRE-SHIPMENT DOCUMENT<\/a> according to which, the pilot should warn the transported Passengers about the possible dangers and unforeseen events inherent to a hot air balloon flight and in particular those referring to landings in the field. Therefore, the pilot undertakes to distribute to the Passengers a note explaining the inflation operations as well as the flight and landing rules so that the Passengers have access to the aircraft's safety information.<\/p>

A copy of this note, signed by each Passenger, must be kept by the pilot and must be communicated to the Company upon first request. This document must be kept for a period of one month. If this document is not communicated to the Company, an excess of EUR 625 will be applied per Accident or series of Accidents resulting from the same event that implies the civil liability of the pilot towards the Third Parties transported.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
